Ongos farm, 1400 ha game farm with a lot of game...
Since we bought our plot on Ongos farm, Brakwater (15 km north of Windhoek), a lot of things have happened... big rain, river flowing, bush fire. We have also encountered quite a bit of wildlife at our waterhole but also within our fences.
The 1400 ha game farm belongs to the Ulf and Michaela Tubbesing (both wildlife vets) and has a lot of game such as elands, giraffes, hippo (only one), impalas, kudus, leopards, springboks, warthogs, wildebeests, zebras... who often come close to hour property as well as plenty of birds, lizards, geckos...
