A birding trip to the northeastern part of Namibia, the Kavango East.
Our friends Dave & Rejan from South Africa were on their way for their 1-year backpacking trip to Central Africa. They spent a few days at our house and together, we drove to the North, with a stop in Rundu a a few days in Bwabwata and Wuparo national parks. Then we left them at the Zambian border in Katima Mulino. Lisa and I then wild camp a few more days along the Zambezi and the Kavango rivers, sometimnes under heavy rain.
