A huge surprise for Granny who was turning 90 that year!
That day Granny went with Lisa to do some some shopping while I was pretending to do some errands but in fact fetching a best friend from South Africa – Chantale – at the airport. Granny was sitting alone at the restaurant where we were suppose to meet and then she saw Chantale coming in... she could not believe her eyes... the surprise was perfect! The second surprise was to take both of them to another surprise trip to the Namib desert, spending 3 nights at Sossusdune Lodge and 1 night at Wolwedans. Granny who is quite fit for her age, even climbed the base dune of Big Daddy!
A memorable trip for both of them!
