Nambia highlights with Don & Sandy, including riverbed driving, kayaking with seals & Big Daddy!
Lisa's uncle and aunt from Canada – Don & Sandy – came to visit us for 3 weeks. From Spitzkoppe to Henties Bay through Spitzkoppe & Omaruru riverbeds, wild camping under the trees, discovering the very welcoming campsite of Moon Valley Restcamp with spectacular landscapes & Swakop riverbed to meet the giant welwitschia, kayaking with the seals at Pelican point in Walvis Bay, fresh oysters and fish at the waterfront, playing "petanque" (French balls) & climbing the monolith granite mountain at Bluekoppe, more riverbed before the traditional halt at Solitair for the applepie, and finally climbing Bid Daddy in Sossusvlei and hiking in the Sesriem canyon. What an adventure!
